Hello all, to get the lads match fit for the front end of the season we will be running an 8 week Strength and Conditioning / Injury Prevention Course.
The course will be hosted by qualified S&C coach Emmet Grehan.
The total price for the 8 week course is €20 per person.
Commencing Monday 4th September and Finishing Monday 23rd October.
U14 7pm- 7.45pm
U16 7.45pm -8.30pm
